I had 2 nights in Nelson Bay, spending the time here lovely. The room was well presented, charming little with bedrooms and a heater, for instance, I was pleased. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were nice. Extremely friendly staff was available all the time.

Pleasant stay, as always. Absolutely great place with pleasant views of garden. Pretty friendly and amicable staff; early check in. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Friendly services, good Wi-Fi. Very central location, just a short walk away from Fly Point Aquatic Reserve.

Everything was simply very good. Loved our beautiful little and well-maintained rooms, plus the staff was extremely accommodating. It was short walk to beach, shoos and club, other shops and Salamander Bay, marvellous and easy location overall. We had a separate bedroom.

The staff was polite plus the location was great and stunning. It was located in a good area right by Port Nelson and Salamander Bay.

The 2 bedroom apartment at Beaches Serviced Apartments was absolutely perfect for my stay. The unit was bright and sunny, located on the first floor with a private balcony overlooking the sparkling pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen. I felt right at home during my stay.

I personally found the refrigerator in the apartment to be a bit small for my needs. However, I understand that others may not have the same requirement for a larger fridge.

Hotel overlooked garden and the room was pet-friendly. Every staff member was efficient and excellent. The room we had included a lounge and it's own balcony. Pleased it had walk-in showers.

The room with good laundry facilities. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Shoal Bay Beach.

Everything was perfect, had a comfortable stay on our NZ & Australia road trip. The location of the hotel was very central, close to Close to the gorgeous beaches, restaurants, the club which had a good choice of meals and great walking distance to Shoal Bay and the beach, and Nelson's bay. Units with bath and balcony.

The location was great and stunning in a good area, close to the Main Street of nelsons bay and eateries and an area map provided in unit.

My a double room had a handy kitchenette. The bed was comfy, used a lounge area and a balcony.

Relatively quiet area, great and ideal location, near the bus stop and Port Nelson and Salamander Bay and a lovely quiet beach.

I got complimentary guest room with functional facilities as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The location was marvellous, for example, Shoal Bay Beach was relatively near the hotel. The stuff were all accommodating and affable.

It had a bit too soft beds, maybe it was bad luck.

location: the hotel was not far from tomaree head summit and beaches, club & town and most attraction. the rooms where beautifully presented and good little, had hair dryers, a walk-in shower and bath sheets.
